"Since APP took over fueling our mixers they have saved us two hours every morning checking to make sure all the mixers received fuel. They leave behind a ticket that tells us which units were fueled and which units did not receive fuel. In case a unit worked late, we know in the morning to fuel that unit before he goes out. The holidays are a special time of year when we think back on reasons we are grateful. Right now I am especially grateful for the wonderful vendors we had during the recent weather crisis. Although we had many vendors who stepped forward to help the City in a time of emergency, I want to say a special thank you to Associated Petroleum.
I am sure there were many people behind Kyle Smith and Jim Gregory I should also be thanking but these two were especially helpful and the people I dealt with directly. From early morning to late in the evening Kyle was right there for the City. It was a miracle we kept all the City tanks going. Jim rushed our orders working against the snow and temperature to make sure the City tanks were properly protected with additive and topping off our tanks to make it through the weekend.
In this busy world we tend not to say "thank you" enough so I wanted to take a minute to give you a very heartfelt "Thank You" for being so much help. Have a very happy holiday season and a terrific 2009.

Just a few words of thanks for the experience I had with your company. From end to end the people I have encountered as a new customer have been absolutely exceptional! Your driver came to fill my tank for the first time and did a block test that didn't pass. He took the time to explain things to me. Being a new propane user this meant a lot. Then your driver came to inspect the issue within a couple hours, which was such a piece of mind for a single mom in a new home. Your driver eased my mind, took time to share things and was so caring through the whole process. With our change to APP, I wanted to say thanks and good job as you have proven to me that with your proposal of adding card readers and tank monitors to our locations have reduced our labor and inventory costs. Oak Harbor Freight Lines made a decision to go to bid with all of our locations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, and Nevada for a single-source fuel vendor. Our decision to move to APP was based on price similar to our former supplier even with all the extra services you have provided.
